Essendon will host a special Wheelchair Football fixture at the NEC Hangar on Friday, with the Dons hosting Richmond for a Dreamtime game at the Club’s home facility.
Underway from 7pm AEST, the Bombers’ marquee VWFL fixture will be streamed live on Facebook via the official league account.
The night hosts two capable sides with history – Bombers Playing Coach Chris Henderson was an integral member of the Tigers squad for many years before trading the yellow sash in for red this year.
With new seating equipped for the occasion and tickets sold out, Friday promises to be a showcase of the best that Wheelchair Football has to offer.
