Brush your teeth after breakfast may weaken the enamel
Many believe that your teeth should be brushed immediately after eating. But if your meal contains acidic foods (orange juices, coffee, wholebread, etc.), the enamel becomes temporarily more fragile. Brushing too quickly, you may speed up its wear. It is better to wait at least 30 minutes or brushing your teeth before eating.

Over-energizing brushing can damage your gums
Using too much force during brushing may result in retraction of the gums, i.e. a shrinkage that exposes the roots of the teeth.
