At the 2021 inauguration, Sanders was wearing a face mask and mittens, due to the chilly weather in Washington D.C. at that time.
This time, due to the cold snap affecting the city, the ceremony was conducted indoors, eliminating the need for mittens.
With COVID-19 no longer posing a significant threat, there was no requirement for a facemask either.
Yet, Sanders appeared to have the same disapproving expression…
