Bukayo Saka’s finish against Leeds United has won the first Emirates Goal of the Month award for the season.
After being slipped through by Jurrien Timber, Bukayo unleashed a ferocious shot from the angle to leave Lucas Perri with no chance in the Leeds net.The goal picked up 45% of the votes, just ahead of Viktor Gyokeres’ first strike of the afternoon.
Viktor netted twice in the 5-0 victory in N5, cutting in from the left to drive his low effort home before converting a penalty won by Max Dowman.
Jurrien also bagged two goals to go with his assist for Saka on a fine afternoon’s work for the full-back.
