Hale End continues to shine brightly around the grounds, as Ismeal Kabia and Maldini Kacurri both scored for Shrewsbury Town and Morecambe respectively. Ismeal netted a consolation goal in a 3-1 defeat at Fleetwood Town in League Two, while Maldini bagged in a 2-0 midweek win in the National League over Brackley Town, then kept a second successive clean sheet over the weekend against Yeovil Town.

Among our Women’s loan stars, Jessie Gale continues her extraordinary run for Portsmouth, the teenager netting in a fourth successive game as Pompey overcame West Ham United 2-0 on Sunday. Introduced in the 64th minute with the game goalless, Jessie both scored and assisted to help her side to a huge victory in the Women’s Championship.

Madison Earl played 77 minutes for Ipswich Town on Sunday as they suffered defeat by London City Lionesses, while Naomi Williams was given the nod between the sticks for Bristol City in a narrow 1-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur in the League Cup third round.
Cecily Wellesley-Smith was an unused substitute for Leicester City in their defeat by Crystal Palace on Sunday, with Vivienne Lia also named on Nottingham Forest’s bench in a League Cup reverse by WSL giants Manchester City.
